At Yelogig, only users with a brand account are permitted to post social media-related gigs. This policy ensures that all gigs are managed by verified brands for greater reliability and quality.

If you are a content creator interested in posting gigs for other creators to work on, you must first create a brand account. This allows you to effectively manage and oversee the gigs you post, enhancing collaboration and streamlining the process for all involved.

To ensure a high standard of quality and professionalism, Yelogig has established specific criteria for social media users who wish to earn as content creators on our platform:

  1. Audience Size: Creators are not required to have any minimum number of followers on social media. This structure is designed to ensure that all registered creators are on a level playing field on Yelogig.
  2. Account Age: Social media accounts must be at least 30 days old. This policy helps verify the authenticity and stability of the creator’s social media presence.
  3. Age Requirement:Users must be 13 years of age or older to register as a Creator or Brand on Yelogig.
  4. Ethical Practices: Creators are expected to adhere to Yelogig’s Terms of Use and maintain ethical standards. Any violations of these terms or engagement in unethical practices may result in the withholding of earnings pending further investigation.

CPG = Charge Per Gig
This refers to the service charge imposed on all gigs.

Mathematical Expression

Your Earnings  =  (Your Likes⁄Total Likes) × (Gig Budget – CPG)

Where:

  • CPG = 10% × Gig Budget
Example

Given:

  • Gig Budget = ₦100,000
  • Your Likes = 2,000
  • Total Likes = 5,000
  1. Calculate the CPG:
    • CPG  =  (10⁄100) × ₦100,000 = ₦10,000
  2. Subtract the CPG from the Gig Budget:
    • Gig Budget – CPG  =  100,000 – 10,000 = ₦90,000
  3. Calculate the ratio of Your Likes to Total Likes:
    • Ratio  =  2,000 ⁄ 5,000 = 0.4
  4. Calculate Your Earnings:
    • Your Earnings  =  0.4 × 90,000 = ₦36,000

So, in this example, you’d earn ₦36,000 for this gig.

Our current metric for engagement is “Likes.”
This is because users typically “like” a post whenever they’re interested in the message it conveys.

For Creators

To ensure the highest quality results for our brands, a non-refundable one-time payment is required from all creators who wish to complete and submit gigs and earn money on Yelogig. This payment is implemented to secure commitment and maximize engagement, aligning with our social media PR and marketing standards, as well as influencer marketing best practices.

Once your preferred Yelogig affiliate promo code is approved, it may only be changed upon the approval of a Tier 3 Yelogig team member.

Therefore, we advise taking the necessary time to carefully choose your preferred code.

The Yelogig Creator Affiliate Program is an optional opportunity for creators. When you create a Yelogig creator account, access to the affiliate program is not automatically granted. Instead, you must apply manually for your preferred affiliate promo code. Once approved, your promo code will be activated and ready for use.

The Yelogig Creator Affiliate Program provides an additional revenue stream for creators. To benefit from this program, creators must refer other creators to Yelogig. When the referred creators purchase their creator package, they will use your promo code, which will not only earn you an affiliate commission but also provide them with a discount on their package fees.

Unless stated otherwise, all registered creators are eligible to join the Yelogig Creator Affiliate Program and earn sustainable income by assisting other creators in monetizing their social media presence.

You can monitor your affiliate earnings and view the discounts available to new creators who use your promo code through your affiliate dashboard.

At present, your Yelogig affiliate promo code will not expire and will remain active indefinitely, provided that your creator account adheres to our terms of use and is in good standing.

To post gigs and engage other creators on Yelogig, you need to use a brand account rather than a creator account. A brand account allows you to post gigs and manage creator participation effectively.

Please note that creating a brand account involves a new registration process, which requires a unique, unused email address.

Currently, our withdrawal policy stipulates a minimum transaction threshold of ₦1,500. This means that your withdrawal request will be approved only if it meets or exceeds ₦1,500.

Additionally, we have established a maximum daily withdrawal limit of ₦50,000. This limit indicates that the maximum amount you can withdraw in a single day is ₦50,000. Furthermore, ₦50,000 is also the highest allowable amount for any single transaction.

For optimal management of your transactions and to ensure compliance with our withdrawal policies, please plan your requests accordingly.

Earnings from approved gigs will be paid out to all participating creators’ wallets within 48 hours after the gig expires.

Upon the expiration of a gig, the engagement from all creators’ submissions will be calculated, and the corresponding payout will be issued to each creator.

For Brands

To post a gig on Yelogig for creators to engage with, you first need to establish a brand account. After setting up your account, you can purchase one of our tailored gig packages.

The gig package you choose will determine the types of gigs you can post and will impact the effectiveness of creator engagement. The value of your selected gig package corresponds to the allocated budget for your gigs, influencing both the quality and reach of the interactions with creators.

Currently, this opportunity is only available to creators through the Yelogig Creator Affiliate Program.

Should there be any changes to our policy, we will promptly update and inform everyone.

Our refund policy for gig packages includes the following conditions:

  1. Change of Mind: If you decide to cancel for any reason, you may request a refund.
  2. No Engagement: If no creator has engaged with your gig upon expiration, a refund may be requested.

To request a refund due to a change of mind, please submit your request within 24 hours of completing your gig package payment. Refund requests made after 24 hours may not be considered.

Please note that refunds will be issued for the gig package fee minus the Charge Per Gig (CPG) fee. Any service charges paid to our payment processor are non-refundable.

Upon approval of a refund request, the processing will occur on the same day. The full refund amount will be credited to your wallet.

These funds can then be utilized to purchase a new gig package or withdrawn to your local bank account.
